- Electrical Lighting, switch gear, Bus bar, XLPE cable Control panels, LV cable, Lightning Protection & Earthing
- LOW CURRENT: Telephone, Audio/Video Intercom system CCTV system / Access Control & Gate barrier
- PLUMBING: Drainage system, sewage station, Hot /cold water system, heater,water tank cooling system
- HVAC- Heat Load Calc., Chiller units, Chilled water pump, dosing unit, chemical flushing, Exhaust /Extract fan, GI & PI ducting, Diffusers,Air /water balancing
- Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Emergency lighting system, Voice evacuation system Sprinklers / Fire hose reels, Pumps
- Statutory Authority Approval from DEWA / DM / Civil Defense / Etisalat / DU
